I understand things come up, I do require a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Otherwise I charge 50% of the service if I do not get 24 hours notice. If you are a no show I charge the full amount of the service. Also if you have a gift card for Blissful Balance please bring that with you to your appointment. I do not accept pictures of the gift card. If you fail to bring the gift card with you, then you are responsible for payment and will have to use it another time.
